Fluorescent tubes are ‘instant on’ and expose photostencils quickly due to their proximity to the emulsion. Both distance from the glass and bulb spacing has been fine tuned to provide the most even exposure over the entire frame. Live rubber blanket and whisper quiet vacuum pump provide fast drawdown, with individual controls for backlight, vacuum, UV light, and variable timer.
All fluorescent units use locally available commercial UV tubes in various quantities and sizes. Powered by regular wall current. Ships complete with sturdy base. Please note glass is not included and must be sourced and installed locally due to risk of shipping breakage.
